CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to continue providing optimal scheduling options to my guests I do require a minimum of 24 hours notice from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment.

Should you miss your appointment without any notice, it will be considered a cancellation outside of the 24 hour window.

I do not accept appointment bookings, via social media or text messaging.

​If you need any help canceling or rescheduling your appointment, please reach out to me via text immediately as you can not cancel an appointment on the website once its made.

LATE POLICY

​​I understand that sometimes life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to your appointment, please call me.

 I highly value my client's time and work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Therefore should you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service(s) to avoid overlapping into my next appointment.  If I am unable to provide the service that was booked due to this policy,  your appointment will be considered a no-show appointment and a 50% service fee per service missed will be charged.

 

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.  Should you decide to go in a different direction than the goals we discussed in your consultation this policy does not apply, though I would love to continue to help you reach your hair goals! 

Please note: Due to the amount of time and products invested, I do not offer refunds on services.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

  Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with in the studio, I will accept exchanges at full credit for 30 days from initial purchase. 


ADDITIONAL RULES

I absolutely love your daughter/son, and I understand that sometimes getting away from them can be difficult. But this would be much more pampering to you if you arrive alone with no additional guests. Please understand that other clients come here for pampering as well, and expect the same relaxation. Thank you.

DEPENDING ON STATE AND LOCAL RULES YOU MAY BE ASKED TO WEAR A MASK DURING THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
