CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide optimal scheduling options, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required from the scheduled appointment start time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

If an appointment is missed without any notice, it will be considered a cancellation outside of the 24-hour window.

HBLN does not accept appointment bookings via social media or text messaging.

If assistance is needed to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out via text immediately, as appointments cannot be canceled through the website once they are booked.

LATE POLICY

Life happens. If you anticipate being 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, please call.

HBLN values clients' time and works diligently to schedule the appropriate amount of time for each service. Therefore, if a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, HBLN reserves the right to reschedule or shorten the service(s) to avoid overlapping into the next appointment. If the booked service cannot be provided due to this policy, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a 50% service fee for each missed service will be charged.

SERVICE
ADJUSTMENT

HBLN strives to provide the highest level of satisfaction to all guests. If there are any challenges with your cut or color, please inform HBLN within seven days of your visit, and the issue will be corrected at no additional charge. However, if you decide to pursue a different direction from the goals discussed during your consultation, this policy does not apply (though HBLN is happy to continue assisting you in achieving your hair goals!).

Please note that due to the significant time and product investment, refunds on services are not offered.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase made at HBLN, exchanges for full credit will be accepted within 30 days of the initial purchase.

MINI & FURRY GUESTS

HBLN understands how much you love your little one. Whether they have two legs or four, your little ones are welcome at your appointment, as long as they are well behaved and don’t potty on the floorβ€”kid or dog!
